In his influential book The Corporation, modern corporations were famously compared to a “psychopathic” personality — not because individuals lack integrity, but because systems can prioritise profit over people when left unchecked.

This structural pressure affects leaders at every level.

Without inner awareness and ethical clarity, performance-driven cultures can unintentionally encourage burnout, short-term thinking, and disengagement.

My work is shaped by lived experience, not theory alone.

I am a Transpersonal Psychologist with an MSc in Consciousness and Transpersonal Psychology and an MBA (Hons) in Healthcare Management. For over two decades, I co-founded and led one of Dubai’s pioneering integrative healthcare organisations.

During this time, I navigated:

I understand leadership from the inside.
