Once a month, a group of women come together with a shared, often unspoken intention: to pause, to breathe, and to remember themselves.
In a world that asks women to constantly give, adapt, perform, and hold things together, our Women’s Wellness Retreats meats monthly, offering a safe space where women can step away from everyday roles, expectations and demands of life.
This safe space is created so that women can return to something more essential — and reconnect with their inner life, their lived experience, and the parts of themselves that may have been neglected, silenced, or abandoned along the way.
We gather because healing does not always happen in isolation. While personal growth can be deeply individual, it is often in safe, attuned community that insight deepens and transformation becomes sustainable. Sitting in circle, listening and being listened to, allows women to recognise that their struggles, longings, and questions are shared human experiences.
At the heart of our group is the creation of a safe and respectful space. Confidentiality, non-judgment, and compassion are foundational. Within this container, women are invited — never pushed — to reconnect with aspects of themselves that may have been buried under responsibility, trauma, cultural conditioning, or simply the pace of modern life. These may include creativity, intuition, sensuality, grief, anger, joy, or a deeper sense of meaning and purpose.
Our work is informed by consciousness-based inquiry and transpersonal psychology. This means we look beyond symptoms and surface narratives, and gently explore the deeper layers of identity, belief, and awareness. We recognise that growth is not only about fixing what feels broken, but about expanding our understanding of who we are — beyond ego, beyond roles, beyond past stories.
Each gathering may explore a different theme — such as love, boundaries, embodiment, authenticity, or inner authority — using reflection, dialogue, guided exercises, and shared wisdom. There is no pressure to arrive with answers. Curiosity is enough.
Ultimately, the Women’s Wellness Group is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you were before you learned to disconnect from yourself — and discovering who you are still becoming, in the presence of other women walking a similar path.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
